คิดถึงแม่ค่ะ

การพลัดพรากจากสิ่งที่รัก...เป็นทุกข์

วันนี้กลับจากทริปภาคที่หาดเจ้าสำราญถึงกรุงเทพฯประมาณบ่าย 3 แล้วก็นั่งแท็กซี่จากหน้าหอกลางไปหมอชิตสอง ที่แรกลุงแกขับรถแบบชิลล์ๆมากๆ เราก็อ่ะคือเข้าใจอารมณ์นิดนึงนะว่าคิดถึงแม่ ไม่ได้เจอแม่มาครึ่งเดือนแล้วแล้วถ้าไม่ได้เจอเนี่ยก็จะเป็นหนึ่งเดือนไง แล้วแม่อุตส่าห์มารอเจอลูกที่หมอชิตสองแป๊บนึงเพื่อจะส่งลูกแล้วก็ได้เจอหน้าลูกไง ก็เลยบอกลุง
เรา - พี่ๆจะไปทางไหนคะ
ลุง - ไปทางไหนดีล่ะ
เรา - ไปทางไหนก็ได้ค่ะที่รถไม่ติด เดี๋ยวหนูไปขึ้นรถไม่ทัน

โอยหลังจากนั้นลุงโคตรซิ่งเลยสะใจโก๋มั่กๆ จากจุฬาฯมาถึงหมอชิตราวครึ่งชั่วโมง ก็ไม่เลว ไปเจอแม่กะป๊าแป๊บนึงแล้วก็รีบขึ้นรถ ไม่รู้จะรีบขึ้นทำไม เบื่อจริงๆรักนะแต่ไม่แสดงออก พอแม่ไปนั่งน้ำตาซึม (ไม่ซึมล่ะร้องไห้เลย) อยู่บนรถ แง้ๆๆๆๆคิดถึงแม่ ไม่อยากไปแล้ววววว

เอาไงดีเนี่ยชีวิตชั้น หางานทำกรุงเทพฯดีมั๊ย?

โปรโมตห้องสมุดซะหน่อย

นี่ก็เปิดห้องสมุดมาจะเดือนแล้วนะเนี่ย เวลาผ่านไปจะว่าช้าก็ช้าจะว่าเร็วก็เร็วนะ
มีรายการยืมหนังสือแล้วสามสิบกว่ารายการ สมาชิกสามสิบกว่าคน และยังมีคนสนใจเพิ่มขึ้นอยู่เรื่อยๆ อย่างน้อยห้องสมุดก็สอนเราให้รู้จัก "ใจเย็น" ลงซักหน่อย เบื่อจังนิสัยอยากทำอะไรเร็วๆ เห็นผลเร็วๆ ทำให้เสร็จๆไปซะ ไม่รู้ว่าเป็นผลพวงจากการใช้ชีวิตในเมืองและวัฒนธรรมเร่งรีบแบบ "แดกด่วน" รึเปล่า

ไอเดียนะ

1. บอร์ดประชาสัมพันธ์ แนะนำโดยพี่ครูอ้อ
   ก็จะมีหนังสือแนะนำ หนังสือออกใหม่ และหนังสือฮิต เพื่อยั่วให้คนอยากอ่านซึ่งช่วงแรกจะเอาหนังสือที่ "คิด" ว่ากลุ่มเป้าหมายของเราน่าจะอยากอ่าน
   
   ตอนนี้ก็เริ่มแล้ว ได้อั๋นคอยดูแลให้ ห้องสมุดนี้ง่ายขึ้นเยอะ ขอบคุณสำหรับความร่วมมือที่วิเศษสุดยอด ทั้งเรื่องประชาสัมพันธ์ที่เราไม่มีวันทำได้เลย เรื่องอาร์ตสวยๆที่ออกมาในรูปแผ่นพับ บอร์ดหนังสือแนะนำ และไอเดียดีๆ ต้องขอบคุณวันอาทิตย์จริงๆที่ทำให้คนที่เกิดวันนี้เป็นคนเอาจริงเอาจัง เชื่อถือได้ เหมือนเพื่อนนุก กะเพื่อนเป๊ก
   
   
2. แฟ้มบทแนะนำหนังสือ บรรเจิดไอเดียโดยนู๋รุจเอง
   ก็จะเอาบทแนะนำที่เคยแปะบอร์ดไปแล้วมาใส่รวมในแฟ้มแบบสอดที่จะใสๆอ่ะ(ความจริงแฟ้มอะไรก็ได้) อาจจะมีรายชื่อหนังสือทั้งหมด นั่นหมายความว่าเราจะพยายามรีวิวหนังสือทั้งหมด เพื่อจะได้เลือกง่ายๆ แต่ทั้งนี้ทั้งนั้นก็ขึ้นกะเวลาด้วยนะ แล้วก็ติดห้องสมุดไว้ คนเข้ามาจะได้รู้จักหนังสือแล้วก็เลือกได้เอง ไม่งั้นเดี๋ยวหยิบไปอ่านเล่ม สองเล่มแล้วไม่ชอบจะพาลนึกว่ามีแต่หนังสือห่วยๆ ไม่อยากจะเข้ามาอ่านแล้ว
   
   
3. จองหนังสือ ไอเดียอิชั้นจ้า
   สมมตินะคะสมมติ สมมติว่าคุณอยากอ่านหนังสือจตุคามที่แนะนำไป แต่จนแล้วจนรอด เข้ามาดูกี่ทีมันก็ไม่เห็นมีที่ห้องสมุดซักที คนก็จะเซ็งและไม่อยากมาอีกใช่มั๊ยคะ เราก็จะมีแฟ้มให้ลงชื่อหนังสือที่อยากอ่าน (มีในห้องสมุดนะ) แล้วช่วยเช็คให้ และติดต่อไปหาคุณหรืออาจจะเอาหนังสือไปให้เองก็ได้ ฟังดูดีนะ เป็นลู่ทางในการตามหนังสืออีกทางด้วย
   

เออ กลับมาบ้านค้นหนังสือแม่ไปอีก สี่-ห้าเล่ม แบบที่ซ้ำๆอ่ะนะ เพราะคุณนายคงไม่ยอมอ่ะนะเล่มที่ไม่ซ้ำ มีอีกหลายเล่มเลยที่ดีๆเดี๋ยวให้คุณแม่รีบอ่าน ส่วนหนังสือเราก็อยากเอาไปให้อ่านอ่ะ เรื่องที่เราชอบๆของคุณวันชัย ของอาจารย์ปกป้อง ของคุณโฆษิต แล้วก็ของคุณเล่าชวนหัว ดีๆทั้งนั้น แต่ยังเสียดาย + งกอยู่อ่ะ ค่อยๆดูไป ยังไม่ถึงเดือนเลย

Mining Sequence

It's quite important that u can control the mining sequence or not. Especially when the end of budget year or cash flow problem. How you will pass the message to your team to do their best in such situation. Just tink that it's your company, you need the make it perfect.

I do want to make it perfect.

นักชอบอ่านหนังสือ

วันก่อนเข้าเมืองมา เหอๆก็แค่อำเภอเล็กๆ (ที่ใหญ่กว่าอำเภอที่เราอยู่) มีร้านหนังสือด้วยนะ แล้วก็มีหนังสือดีๆอยู่พอสมควรเหมือนกัน คาดไม่ถึงจริงๆ ดูๆไปก็มาเจอมุมของ "เคล็ดไทย" อยากจะได้หนังสือของคุณ "เล่าชวนหัว" มาอ่านเพิ่มความเมามันส์ในชีวิตซักกะหน่อยก็ผิดหวัง แต่พลันสายตาก็ไปสะดุดกะหนังสือเล่มน้ำเงินชื่อเท่ๆ ..ไทบ้านดูดาว.. ของคุณ นิพัทธ์พร เพ็งแก้ว ชื่อหนังสือมันคุ้นเนอะแต่ไม่ได้คิดอะไร แต่ชื่อคนเขีบยนการันตีความน่าอ่านเอาไว้แล้วล่ะ เปิดๆดมันเป็นตำนานเกี่ยวกะดาวของไทย กับวิธีดูดาว ดูผ่านๆเหมือนจะแบบเนื้อหาเยอะๆ แต่หนังสือมันส่งความรู้สึกตื่นเต้นมาให้ โหอย่างงี้ไม่ซื้อได้ไง แปลกๆนะแต่มันให้ความรู้สึกนั้นจริงๆ

กลับมาบ้านดันนึกออกว่าคุ้นชื่อหนังสือจากไหน ก็จากเว็บขายหนังสือมือสองไง โถๆเสียดายตังค์แต่ก็ซื้อมาแล้วล่ะ ชอบอ่านอยู่แล้วตำนานพื้นบ้าน ถึงเรื่องพื้นบ้านของไทยเยวกะท้องฟ้าอาจไม่โรแมนติก (อันนี้แอบคิดเอาเองนะ ยังไม่ได้อ่าน ) แต่มันคงดีที่ได้รู้นะ

Appraisal

On Friday 15th June, I did the performance appraisal with Khun Guy, My boss, Here are things to improved;

1. Check work + Slow down
- He said he was dizzly seeing me working

2. Come out of confident zone - start create some other works
- I did improve my database time to time that's good but just doing somw creative things on mining work as well

3. Speak out to bring back confident
- He thought I'm confident and assertive but I dont think so!!

Ummm I for got the goody...come back next time..

In love

Have you ever been in love?

For what sake? All I can tell you...

I feel that Love is such an emotion that pull you with some unstable and unsecurity thing which makes you feel both happy and sad, both secure and not and afterall it's only blindness.
Not that I feel bad against love, I do wanna feel LOVE again. Like alcohol drinks that make you feel great and harm you in the same time, everybody knows and still drinks it. I wish to feel love again for the last time or never feel that again. Just any hint, which way for me.

Book Club

Finally I have setted up the book club for my small company. I am really excited about this project. I got around 250 books!! before open day. Special thanks to Girl Gang, especially Aun who gave the idea for setting the club for every body not just mine, that's great. As well as creative ads and PR. Let's see on Monday 4th June 2007 what it's gonna be.

Geos - Mining

In mining here there are always conflict between Geos and Mining Engineers, umm but I don't know if it's the same everywhere in the world. As we're working together, Grade Control the area before drill&Blast and excavate the dirt, We both need to minimise the cost and work efficiently, Geos want to drill only some section in order to see the data before making the decision to drill more. That's absolutely right because if it's waste it will be a waste of money to drill (yeah and it's expensive too).

In other hand almost every Grade Control area need to be drill&Blast as soon as possible for feeding work to rigs and to continue mining activity (Sometimes we have no area to drill or we need the ore in that area), so that we don't have to pay for stand by penalty or get no ore to feed ROM. Mining Engs always ask "If that area ready for drill&Blast?" or "Can we drill follow GC rig without concerning about GC refill holes?".

In the same way, Geos always ask Mining Engs to drill&Blast TOE that GC rigs can't drill. They need the floor to be as smooth as possible (that's reasonable), while Mining Engs need to DB TOE as less as possible because it cost much for secondary blast.

All is simple only we understand each other. All the money is from the same man but just left & right pocket so just compare the cost and make decisions closely together. That will be great.

Weak

I wake up inthe morning, have breakfast and go to work. Then back home, have dinner, hang out with friends, watch TV and sleep. Hey why my life is so simple? Do I got any significant thing to do? Seems like you are walking but not move. Do we need to move forward or backward? I don't know but I feel weak.

Sometimes you think what your life worth by doing routine stuff.
